Peter steps in at Westhoughton Mark Lodge.

12th November 2015

Thursday 12th November saw Worshipful Master Stuart Wilson in fine form, as he advanced two more candidates into Westhoughton Mark Lodge No 1006.

W.Bro. Tony Fletcher and Bro. Martin Dixon, both members of St. Bartholomew Lodge No 6071, enjoyed a superb ceremony, which was carried out with the usual, style touched with humour, which has come to symbolise Westhoughton Mark's ritual. W.Bro. Ray Dainton added to the occasion, with his superb choices of music, which always bring an extra sense of drama to the ceremony.

All Present on the night

As this was an extra meeting in the calendar, some of the officers were unable to attend, however those who stood in and took office for the night, really rose to the occasion and supported the Worshipful Master in fine style.

To round off a great evening of Mark Masonry, the Brethren enjoyed an excellent three course meal, with Gammon, Egg and Chips as the highlight, served impeccably by the staff of Westhoughton Masonic Hall.
